Dividing a team's attention across tax preparation, payroll, and advisory services comes at the expense of that core work. By limiting our scope to bookkeeping, it remains our primary focus rather than one service among many.
Our process
Every account follows the same monthly process: reconciliation, categorization, and an internal review prior to delivery. Reports are not released without review. This ensures consistent, on-time bookkeeping throughout the year, rather than a reconciliation effort concentrated around tax season.
Working in your books
We work directly inside QuickBooks, the platform we use for every client. Nothing moves to a system you can't see. You keep full access throughout, so you can check the work yourself at any time.
